Terms of service.


Confirming appointment
A confirmation email will be sent out 48 hours before your appointment. A confirmation text with the address will be sent out 1 hour before your appointment. If you are 15 mins late the appointment will be canceled and the remainder of the service will be charged to your account.

Rescheduling Policy
All customers can reschedule their initial appointment 1 time only. The system will automatically block attempts to reschedule duplicate rebookings.
A extra $25 for Same day & 24 hour reschedule fee.

Why do you charge an extra $25 for same day/ 24 hour rescheduling? Because someone else could have had that spot. You have now used two of my available spots for one service.

Cancellations
To best accommodate the needs of all our clients, a 48-hour cancellation notice is required for all services. You will be charged 50% of the remaining service(s) balance for any no show appointments or appointments cancelled less than 48 hours before appointment.

24 hour cancellation and Same day cancellation will be charged 50% of the remaining service(s)

Why do you charge for same day & 24 hour cancellation? Because someone else could have taken that spot!


Late Arrival Policy
If you think you may be 5-10 minutes late for your appointment, please call or text the spa to let us know. After being 15 mins late a cancellation text will be sent and you will be charged 50% of the remaining balance of the service(s) missed or a $25 reschedule fee.

Booking Policy
We require a credit card on file and a non refundable deposit that goes towards your service. Deposits hold your spot.

Payment Policy
We accept Visa, MasterCard and cash. A 4% processing fee will be charged when using a card. Please bring exact amount when using cash.

Correction Policy

Our Aestheticians stand behind their product and work. If you have any problems after your appointment, please call within four days to have any issues resolved.

Promotions Policy
Discounts and promotions cannot be combined with any other offers. If you reschedule an appointment outside of the promotional time frame the promotion is no longer available and non transferable.

Retail Policy
Retail purchases can only be exchanged if not used. No cash refunds will be given.
